Annual Inclusion and Responsibility Update

As part of our commitment to fairness, inclusion, and responsible business practice, we review our progress annually in relation to how we operate as a business and serve our clients.

Over the past year, we have:

  • Maintained and reinforced our commitment to fair treatment, accessibility, and inclusion in our policies and operations

  • Embedded inclusive principles into staff training, compliance processes, and client interactions

  • Continued to develop internal policies that support fair and consistent decision-making

We also recognise that as a small organisation, there are areas where we are still developing more structured approaches, particularly around formal measurement and reporting of inclusion-related outcomes.

We are committed to ongoing improvement and will continue to review how we can strengthen our approach to inclusion, fairness, and responsible business practices over time.
